A practice built on one side of the border.
Inbound U.S. tax. People and businesses based outside the United States who now have something inside it. It is a narrow field, and narrow is the point.

Ali Gulzari is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and an IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards. He is certified by the American Institute of CPAs in U.S. international taxation, and has been in practice for more than a decade, having started at large U.S. accounting firms before opening his own.
Gulzari Global is the inbound international practice of Gulzari CPA LLC. It exists because the same pattern kept arriving at the door. A founder outside the United States sets up a U.S. company through an online service, opens a bank account, starts trading, and never learns that the company owes an annual information return with a $25,000 penalty attached to missing it. Or that holding stock in a U.S. warehouse can be the thing that makes their profits taxable here. Or that a run of long visits has quietly made them a U.S. tax resident on their worldwide income.
None of that is exotic and none of it is anyone's fault. It is what happens when a structure is chosen for how quickly it can be opened rather than for what it will owe. The work of this practice is to look at the structure first, and to be specific about what follows from it.
